i appreciate the kind receptionists. they welcomed me warmly. the location provides excellent transport links. the apartment was in a perfect spot for accessing different transit options.
the soundproofing IS terrible. i could hear corridor doors slam. it happened in the middle of the night. it isn't friendly for folks with sleep issues.

the room was a studio, and it was a great size. the kitchenette had everything i needed for a short stay. i was charmed by the proximity to westfield shopping centre stratford.
the lift to the car park was out of service! made things a bit tricky with luggage.

i enjoyed the great location, with easy access to westfield shopping center. the breakfast was good (i especially liked the vegan sausages, though some may disagree). underground parking was very convenient.
i found the lift to the car park was broken. this meant a long walk with bags to the next closest car park. i was not offered a refund.

the staff were super friendly and helpful. i received a free upgrade from a studio to a one-bedroom apartment. the reception had a lovely atmosphere, a cute touch after a long journey.
